1 Agreement to Legal Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "user", "student", or "guardian"), and Dee-chords Musical Concept ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of www.deechordsmusical.com as well as any related web applications, media channels, physical conservatory facilities, and tutoring services.

By accessing our website or enrolling in our academic programs, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these legal terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform and services.

2 Academy Programs & Services

Dee-chords Musical Concept provides premier music tutoring and conservatory services, including:

• Instrument Instruction: Practical masterclasses for piano, violin, guitar, saxophone, trumpet, drumset, and vocal training.
• Graded Music Examinations: CBT theory examinations, semester grading, performance assessments, and CGPA transcript generation.
• Specialized Music Services: Music production, studio recording, mixing and mastering, orchestra / band performances, and event bookings.
• Shop & Musical Merchandise: Instruments, sheet music, lesson study materials, access codes, and academy apparel.

4 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are paramount. All refund requests, course cancellations, service rescheduling, and return of shop merchandise are strictly governed by our standalone Refund Policy.

Before requesting a dispute or chargeback with your bank, please review our refund guidelines or contact our support team at deechordsmusicals@gmail.com to allow us to resolve the issue swiftly.

5 User Accounts & Access Codes

Students and instructors are issued secure login credentials or access codes to access study materials, exams, and attendance logs. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in unauthorized sharing or abusive behavior.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

All educational curriculum, lesson videos, musical compositions, sheet music, audio tracks, CBT question repositories, branding, logos, and website software are the proprietary property of Dee-chords Musical Concept and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or exploited commercially without express prior written consent.

7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that cannot be amicably resolved through mediation.
